Bien situé à proximité de l’église.

Bedroom was comfortable. Air condition was good. Close to the back of the Shrine.
Staff didn't know we were there. It seemed like they were only interested in the big group. When we checked in we were given a key and had no other communication. We went down for breakfast at 9am and it was already cleared away (never told breakfast times but 9am should be fine anywhere). There were almost never spoons or bigger than espresso cups for making tea or coffee and the machine was switched off most of the time. There wasn't really an area to wash things up either. When we did ask for things like plates to have breakfast the couple of days we were able to get something, it was like it was a big inconvenience and the attitude we received was very poor. The young girl had a particularly bad attitude. The shower leaked quite badly over the floor. Most of the time it was impossible to find anyone and even when we were leaving we had to say we have not paid yet, and we explained we were in a rush to leave and it still took over 10 minutes for someone to come downstairs to take payment. We felt invisible and not in a good way.
