Lovely sea view, good rooms, delicious Turkish breakfast, helpful staff. The hotel is the last building near the forest so there is no sound from the outside like humans or cars, except the crickets :) Air conditional is really good. Clean bathroom. Good prices for the drinks and the meals.
WiFi could be better, it is really good for social media but not for zoom calls unless you are near the router (like rooftop). The taste of the water is different but I guess it is because of the city.

Great hotel and great staff.
The room a are very dark and the room we stayed in did not have a sea view it was partial at best.
