This is our home away from home and we're excited to share it with you. We hope you and your family will enjoy the home, neighborhood, and shops as much as we do. WooHOO!!!! We put in Air CONDITIONING! Time to come to LA and chill!!! 2x Whoo Hoo! We upgraded WiFi to handle multiple video calls for school and work. We are total geeks and decked it out. 3 Blocks from the most awesome deli (Jackson Market) 10 Blocks from Downtown Culver City (Movies, Great Restaurants, Outside Dining, Play grounds, & Trader Joes) --also close to the Culver Hotel. Often wedding parties will have guests at both Locations. 6 Miles from Venice Beach (bus Goes Directly) 10-15 Minutes (or By Train!) To Downtown Los Angeles 8 Miles to Hollywood. Right Near The 10 And 405. 10 Min from LAX.--but You Would Never Know It! 8 Blocks to Carlson Park. 12 Blocks to Veterans Park (pool, Playground) 1 Hour to Disney Land. 20 Min To USC, 25 To UCLA Perfect for Graduations! Perfect For Downtown Culver City/west La/Venice/Santa Monica/downtown Los Angeles Perfect For Sony Studios. Public Transit To Downtown Los Angeles. (bus, Train!!) Public Transit To Beach. Back Master Bedroom: Queen. Handmade Art Doors. Curbless Shower, With Bench, Two Shower Heads, Backyard Access. Opens up to back deck. Best room in the house. Wheelchair Friendly: There Is a ramp that goes from the side of the house to the back master bedroom. Handy-capped Shower (not fully ADA, but accessible if you're in a chair) In Back master and hall and kitchen are on the same level. To get to the living room, go out the back, down the ramp and through the front room. Perfect For Families Who Have Events/activities At: --UCLA Hospital Long Term Stay --UCLA, USC, --Staples Center --Venice Beach, Santa Monica --Culver City/Palms/Santa Monica/ West LA --LA Convention Center (e3, Comicon,....) --LA Live FILMING: If you are interested in using the house for small professional shoots you must get our permission first. No adult films. Culver City requires a permit. (http://www.culvercitypd.org/filmpermits.html). You are responsible for carrying insurance and getting relevant permits. No Parties. No pets. 9 pm Quiet time on Weekdays, 10 PM quiet time on weekends. It's a family neighborhood, remember? Check IN: 4PM Check OUT: 10 AM We do a massive clean between guests and that takes time. Please ask in advance if you need to come earlier or leave later. We'll be upfront about availability. COVID UPDATE: Please ask us about our cleaning procedures, and what supplies will be available. We may not be available to enter the home while you are there. If a problem arises, please work with us to solve it in a way that ensures a safe resolution. I'm asking everyone when the book (it's not personal, just want to keep us all healthy): Please let us know if someone in the house comes down with COVID so that we can implement extra cleaning and safety protocols.

What a lovely home! The location is incredible, close to cute downtown Culver City with lots of restaurants and shops. The house is next to Ballona Creek and there is a lovely ocean breeze. Mature trees and shade. Beautiful backyard with dining pavilion. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. Thoughtful details like laundry baskets, shampoo and conditioner and a fresh bar of soap in the showers, hand soap at every sink, plenty of blankets and towels. When I arrived, the host had left a welcome note and a few groceries to get me started: milk, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, a bag of Cuties tangerines. What a great stay. Thank you!

This was the perfect spacious “Home Away From Home!” for my family to have while they were in town for our wedding! The location is great too & very central to many of LA’s sightseeing spots! Chelsea & Shirley were both so wonderful & lovely!!! & both were so quick to respond to any questions we had! & they were so accommodating too with any requests we had as well! We had a team offsite for 12 people where we able to work in the front room, dining area, and backyard. Perfect home base to work during the day then attend dinner together in the local area. It was amazing to get some work done and enjoy sunny California.

This place was PERFECT for my family. We thankfully were able to book it after another VRBO property owner cancelled on us last minute and we were left to find something to accommodate 3 adults (one with a disability) and 2 small children. The communication with the owner and the manager was IMPECCABLE! They had everything perfectly set up for the kids and for my mother with a disability. They even stocked the house with some food essentials upon arrival. AND they let us do an early check in. They are truly set up with everything you need if you have kids and someone with a disability. So grateful to have found this gem!

I had no complaints at all. The house is on a gorgeous little cul-de-sac nook. It's convenient to Culver City, which is convenient to a lot of stuff in LA. Even with the legendary traffic we never needed more than about 30 minutes to get where we wanted to go. This was one of those rental homes that really Works (we've all had the other kinds :) ) The check-in worked, the appliances were easy to figure, as was the bedding, the check-in and on down the line. Oh, and the backyard at this place was gorgeous. I sat out in the morning drinking coffee while the kids slept and listened to a Mockingbird twitter and warble for what seemed like hours. All my thumbs up on this one!

It was a great stay, but I wish we would have known about the neighbor upstairs before our rent of the house...we could hear sounds early in the morning. Overall it was a great stay and location was close to everywhere we wanted to go to.

this is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this property. I love the location. Everything is less then 30 min away, pending traffic of course. This time we did a tour of Sony which is right down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are at home. There is even a cupboard of staples so you don't have to buy everything at the store. Looking forward to returning!!

Very nice area. Property fit for purpose and with essentials like salt and pepper already there. Kitchen well-known equipped but shortage of medium sized pans. Good bedroom and living room space as well as decent rear garden. Could do with an extra bathroom and the basin and surround in the en suite were really not fit for purpose. Overall pretty good.
