I was very happy with the place as it is good value for money n for the location it is. Plus, I could leave my backpack to them for 2 days that I was away from Panama City which was appreciated. The stuff is friendly and helpful.
There was not hot water or at least I didn’t manage to find it

The staff members were very friendly and helpful especially after my friend and I were robbed in the street nearby.
Old, run down building in a terrible part of town. Extremely dirty in this area, full of street people and questionable night clubs. Prostitutes and beggers everywhere. Trash everywhere. Thugs in the street. Dark and ominous. Not a place for women or solo travelers. Do not bring your children to this area. 😒
