Staff was absolutely delightful.
My mum is a bit older and we were on the fourth floor. No lift. Not the hotel's fault as I hadn't put in any requests for a lower floor. This was my bad. However, if you are travelling with senior citizens make sure to mention this.

The location is very good. Close to many must see sites in old town. Also close to metro and buses. Plenty of eating options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good. The rooms have been updated. There is no lift, so could be an issue if you have large luggage.
My bed was uncomfortable and needed replacing. There was a kettle in the room, but no cups, tea or coffee. I am sure this was just forgotten, but we only stayed one night because our bus was leaving the next morning, so this wasn't a big issue.

The location is good.
The furnitures and appliances are not in good condition. The TV is not even working. The cabinet door is damaged and is noisy as it is closing on its own. The shower door is also damaged.
