Everything was fresh, tidy and nice. The terrace was great and the staff were friendly. Also amazing price for the quality hotel you get! :)
The breakfast was not that good, but apart from that everything was perfect.

I rate a hotel on the same criteria, no matter where I am in the world or the going rate: the comfort of the bed, quality of the shower and how quiet it is.
The only redeeming feature of this hotel is that the shower was very good. The towels however were paper thin and very scratchy. The bed was comfy enough but the duvet wasn't big enough, it didn't even touch both sides of the bed - never mind cover two people.
It was reasonably quiet, but the corridors echoed.
The staff were incredibly rude, particularly one receptionist who had an attitude problem and was very aggressive. I also caught her taking photos of our passport photocopies on her own phone after we had been there two nights.
The breakfast is terrible, one banana sliced up to feed a hotel full of people does not constitute 'fruit' for breakfast.
They advertise on site parking, but it is just a very tight side street at the front of the hotel, which does get very busy and there is no turning point so you can easily get stuck there.
The rooms are fine, but there is no mirror apart from one in the bathroom which steams up for hours after a shower, leaving it unusable. Everything just lacks quality and attention to detail.
