The staff was super helpful, especially Nitsa, Mari and Natali. I was amazed how hospitable the staff was. Everything was cleaned, breakfast was really good, they really did a great job. I had also free upgrade, so thankful for that. Highly recommend.

The most important thing in Brim is the staff:Nitsa,Natalia,Ana and Guga were more more than helpful in anything we needed support with.We liked the view in the restaurant.
The room was dim,the lighting should be stronger.The sheet we slept on was torn and wasn’t changed althrough the vacation.

Check in was great. The manager helped us with the immigration
Elene the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful
Facilities were decent enough
Hearty breakfast with good variety. Can include more vegetarian options
Room walls are very thin. Can hear easily from next door
Could be more hospitable.

The bed was very very comfortable, and the hot water availability in the shower and sink was very welcome in the winter weather!
Breakfast was average, the staff at the restaurant were accommodating though for any requests we had.
Cereal and pastry options very limited at breakfast, otherwise it was okay
