Keto was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and professional throughout my interactions with her. She went out of her way to assist me with everything I needed and made several situations much easier and more comfortable for me.
What impressed me most was not only her professionalism, but also the genuine care and willingness she showed when helping. She consistently treated me with respect and made me feel that my concerns truly mattered.
