Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff

Beautiful property with a fantastic pool area. One can spend a whole day there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance from the old city.

Would be nice if there is a way to enjoy a small snack between lunch and dinner.

Brown Beach House and Trogir are delightful and well worth a visit.

Brown Beach House is delightful, the service was great and the location was excellent. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming member of the team and a glass of fizz, which was just lovely.

Fabulous.

Everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities excellent with great choices in background music. Breakfast superb!

Bar prices were a little high. The walk to Trogir on the main road is a little rough in places.

Comfortable, relaxing, met all our expectations.

It was only a short walk into the Old Town. Lovely pool in front of the hotel but also a small pool at the back which was a warm place to sit in Oct. Esther the GRM was great and really helpful.

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent experience at a well run hotel, Ana the receptionist was so welcoming and from then on we knew we were in safe

we liked everything about it, the welcome by Ana started the stay off perfectly. The upgraded room was wonderful and the complimentary fizz was a lovely touch. loved the design of the hotel and a sunset swim in the magnificent pool set the mood beautifully.

would have loved a de caffeinated coffee at breakfast but hey if that’s the only thing then I can live with it.

this was one of the greatest experiences in this summer :-) the breakfast was fabulous, design this place is stunning, great location, near the old town and the staff was very nice. and as a bonus we got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof . We must go back as soon as.

Lovely well designed hotel with amazing staff and services

Amazing property, old Tabaco Factory converted hotel with an absolutely amazing design, quality materials and superb pool. The rooms are incredibly well-designed, comfortable with adjustable lighting everywhere, very comfy beds and premium toiletries. The staff is very attentive and on their feet all the time making sure that nothing is missed. The pool is fantastic great length, depth and design with constant 24 Celsius temperature, making it a great swim any time of day or weather. Breakfast has high variety and great options and was really good. Overall we had an amazing stay and would come back to this hotel with pleasure, just not the restaurant - for the reasons mentioned below.

The location is not so great, next to Split airport and roadside making in very noise and hectic. The restaurant on site is terrible and every dish we ordered was super salted - most we could not eat. The restaurant is an attempt at Italian cuisine, but the ingredients are terrible and so is the cooking. I think a more local type of menu would work better or maybe bring in an Italian chef if this is the way they want to go.

Lovely colonial feel

Lovely colonial feel to the hotel decor. Large rooms and excellent food quality. All staff were really friendly and helpful. They were very happy to let us use the pool, spa, restaurant both when we arrived early before our room was ready and after checkout when we had an evening flight. We would recommend this hotel.

a wonderful welcoming hotel with staff who knew their stuff in product .. even the chef at the pizza oven showed us how

relaxed but professional service loved the welcoming sparkling wine and pineapple juice for the non drinkers .. we had been up since 4am 👌 rooms fab

road across to beach was fairly hairy when crossing over !

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at BBH. I originally booked a loft jacuzzi room which was nice but a little small. We realized that we would not be using the private jacuzzi much because it was so hot outside so the hotel let us switch to a suite which was beautiful! There is a jacuzzi available for anyone to use in the spa as well as a sauna and steam room. The restaurant food is wonderful. The beach area is lovely, not crowded and the water is clear/warm. Staff are amazing as well. Highly recommend!
