Location, cleanliness was great, staff helpful but seamed focused on too much to fully complete the one task on hand. We were left not knowing what direction we had to go for our room. (Staff member had switched to a phone call, and not complete the check in first)

Basic breakfast
We made a reservation to this Hotel ONLY because of sauna&spa.
Hotel did NOT mention as We arrived and checked-in, that the spa is not open on and it is not possible to warm up the sauna.
They did not have pool either.
The terrace is not open, because there is air con- so the beautiful picture of the balcony is false.
Rooms did not have aie con, so quite sweaty night we had.
We had familytype two rooms, but only one bathroom.
There was not possible to open the windows and also between Windowglass
there is some kind of sunshields. So feeling of a jail without any clue about weather nor possibility of scenery ( there was harbour nearby)
