Personnel au top avec beaucoup d'empathie, de professionnalisme et de disponibilité.
L'emplacement est top, au pied de la vielle ville. la chambre est très propre et spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner est complet, varié et de qualité ainsi que la salle et le service.
Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés. une belle découverte.
Jusqu'à nous préparer un encas pour notre retour. Exceptionnel et surprenant.Pas habitué d'avoir autant de gentillesse et d'attention. un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Hotel is an easy walk from Old Town. Free parking, very clean and exceptional staff. Free local cheese, ham and a drink when we arrived, lovely breakfast in the morning. Katarina at the front desk was very helpful with parking and giving us a map and pointing out where we could find things in town. This is probably one of our best hotel stays ever! Sad that it was only for one night at the end of our week.

Beautiful hotel located in a very central spot just outside of Trogir old town. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us and gave us great tourism information and complimentary wine & antipasti.
The room was very spacious and well decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was incredible!
Great value for money and great service.
As per the central location the main street outside is unfortunately very noisy, but manageable to sleep with ear buds in.

Older style hotel on the outside but modern inside. Large quiet room. On the main road so easy to find and helpful staff let us in and out of the free parking at the back of the hotel. Short walk to old town. Friendly staff with free drink and nibbles on arrival, good local wine made by a family member, good breakfast. Excellent value.

The staff was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The location is also excellent if you want to wander around Trogir.
The rooms are a little dated and the hotel could use a refresh. It was a bit more run down than the images let on.

Nice room with balcony just outside the old town of Trogir. The old town is within a walking distance (2-5mins depending if the closest bridge is open).
Very friendly staff!! Upon arrival the staff accompanied us to the free parking space and we received a welcome drink and complimentary cheese&prosciutto platter and when checking out we received cake for the road.
An excellent choice when you want to stay in Trogir.

The staff were very welcoming and we received welcome drinks on arrival. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of continental and cooked food.
Some road noise but otherwise great view over the old town. Didn't particularly like having a boiler in the bathroom for the hot water.

Outstanding and so special was the friendliness of the people working there. We arrived late - about 23:00. No restaurant was open - so they served us cheese, ham,... and wine in the hotel. The next day at breakfast a lady asked us if you were coming tomorrow again in such a honest friendly way. As we paid - the dinner was on the house - they said. Unbelievable nice crew there. wow

The room was good, very clean but a little small although it did have a large balcony ( which unfortunately we could not use much as we had 4 days of rain). Breakfast was good and the staff made us a special coffee every morning at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, could not fault them. On our last night, they gave us a free Croatian meal and drinks at no cost. The only drawback is, although conveniently situated, the hotel is by a busy road. It isn't in the old town which is more scenic but only a few minutes away. I would recommend staying here.
One of the only things I can say is that there was no bin in the room ( a small thing) otherwise it was a great place to stay

Perfect hotel in a convenient location ,clean ,modern with all the facilities you need .Lovely coffee shop/bar and terrace with great staff . Wonderful girls at reception and breakfast , so friendly ,professional and helpful. The location just outside the old city is great. Everything was very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and made good recommendations. Breakfast spread is big, fresh and delicious. The afternoon of our arrival, we were treated to a fantastic platter of cheese and sliced hams and meats with house wine, all on the house!! When we left for the airport, the reception lady gave us fresh cake to take along to the airport. So kind. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good position in Trogir, where it is quite quiet. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, always available to guests and always ready to help. They try hard to make every guest feel comfortable. This is really a hotel that I can recommend to everyone, I am sure I will stay at the Bellevue Hotel again. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced this kind of treatment and kindness anywhere.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Upon arrival we where greeted by our friendly and most hospitable hostess. We arrived at the hotel very early due to an early check out from a boating holiday, but were able to leave our luggage in a storage room, giving us the freedom to explore the ancient town. When we returned to the hotel at the checkin time we where given a choice of rooms. Once settled we where then invited to the bar area for a complimentary platter of local specialties accompanied by a drink of our choice, it is one of the nicest welcomes we have received at any hotel.
The hotel is situated a five minutes walk from the old walled town which is absolutely amazing, it is also very close to a few shops and a market.
The hotel is modern but without being clinical, it is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. And has the bonus of a lift.
Our bedroom was very spacious and again decor and furnishings fabulous, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, even the bed linen was of a high quality, and the bathroom towels where replaced daily.
we also had a balcony which had a large seating area.
Breakfast was served in the rooftop dining room which again was tastefully furnished, and the choice and standard of food was amazing.
Every single member of the staff team we found to be friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.
I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel and if I return to the area I would definitely book again.

We needed a place to stay near the Split airport. WOW! Amazing staff. Wonderful room. Excellent breakfast. 8 min from rental car return. Beautiful hotel for such a low price. We were in awe of such a beautiful hotel. We were also greeted at the parking entrance and complimentary wine/appetizers. Definitely would stay again!

The hotel is lovely and the staff was exceptional. My room was not ready when I first arrived because I was a bit early for check in. The hotel manager offered me appetizers and a drink at the outdoor dining area while I waited. It was wonderful. The location is awesome. Very easy to walk into town. My room was very clean and tidy. Also, because my flight was early and I would be missing breakfast, they made me a "to go meal". Very impressive. I had the hotel order a taxi to take me to the airport, and when the taxi driver alerted the hotel manager that he would be late, she took me in her own car so that I would be on time. Such a sweet and caring person. They are very fortunate to have her on staff. It was a very nice experience.
My room sat above an area that was a bit noisy early evening, but it didn't last so it wasn't something that I mentioned to the hotel staff. I am sure if it had been an issue, they would have simply moved me. The customer service is that good.

They did everything possible to accommodate us. Anna helped us back out and carried our luggage (We are an older repeat customer. Can’t get a better hotel. Thanks to all the staff.

Welcoming attentive staff who did everything to make us comfortable & thanks for the delicious meal that they served us before returning back home. The breakfast was good with varieties ( hot & cold). The rooms were specious, very clean with comfortable beds.
Everything was good just one little thing that the room didn’t have a kettle & coffee facilities but this is just a very minor thing.

We had really a great stay there. Everything was fine and clean. The furnishing and equipment looks new and all was working well. The location is brilliant for footwalks in town. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had, and we travel a lot :)A mazing room, beautiful bathroom, great big breakfast with a lot of choices and fresh fruits, welcome drink at your arrival, free parking, and all of that just in front of the beautiful Trogir (2 min walking) - what could you ask more for? Stuff on the highest level, always helpful and welcoming.If you stay in Trogir or around Split is a must stop for you.

The size of the room was fine but it was noisy and had no real view. The staff was unbelievable. Tbey offered us a meat & cheese platter with wine upon arrival. They arranged the taxi for ya the next morning and because we left earlier than the kitchen was open, they made us to-go bags in the morning. It is very convenient to the Split airport.
