fab waking up to "breakfast included"
outer surroundings a bonus..
birds were "good for one's soul, as were the sheep"😆
sofas were not comfortable, especially for adults with posture/back/hip problems; sensitivity, way too soft, had not support, new sofas are needed, with good support for aging folks who need to sit comfortably, window screen were very loose and rattled with the wind blowing, some windows didn't close properly and rattled , needs attention; could not lock..
no foldable clothesline or foldable clothes air dryer if wanting to dry clothes inside ie: towels after a shower or handwash clothes and wet outside.
some things needed attention/fixing and new furnishings, 2nd bedroom mattress was spongy/aged, not good support for aging folks.

The cottage was perfect in every way . As soon as we walked in we felt relaxed and calm. The garden and bird life was a bonus. It was close to wineries, restaurants and McLaren Vale. It was great to read about the history of the property. Providing breakfast was very thoughtful and really appreciated.
To be honest there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Great location on a large secluded property. Great waking up to sheep. The owners have done well in refurbishing the building to its former glory, and all the info re wine tours, brad milk bacon and eggs. Great stay I'll be back.
