Pleasant decoration. Nicely sized room. Comfortable bed. Parking available off road in a niche between the trees. Very helpful and polite personnel. Good communication before check-in.
1. There was a huge glass pane separating the bedroom and bathroom/wc, but there was nothing to block the view if one wanted. A simple blind would have done the job. Unacceptable privacy breach. 2. The air-conditioning worked all night at a nominal 20 degrees, but the room temperature did not go below 26.5-27 degrees, not a pleasant temperature. It was impossible to increase the fan speed despite the control panel indications. 3. The rooms had a massive window, almost one full wall, and yet the curtains were not blocking off the light, so we woke up at 6 in the morning because of the direct sunlight illuminating the curtain fabric, and could do nothing about it. 4. We hope it was a one off case, but we had remnants of a previous visitor in the room, and we could do nothing about it because it was midnight (we were there for one night). 5. The breakfast was not good unfortunately, eggs badly done, stale butter, only a few items were sort of tasty (coffee, marmelades). Pity, all these issues were totally preventable, and then the hotel would be a good one.
