About this house rental
Situated in Flagstaff, this lovely house for $333 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fully stocked 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large backyard. Located at the base of Mt. Elden in a delightful Flagstaff neighborhood close to Aspen Village and Downtown. Meet the trail head at the end of our block for a quick walk through nature or challenge yourself to reach the summit. Large backyard with an outdoor patio table and hammock. A large open kitchen provides adequate space for cooking and visiting either at the bar counter or kitchen table. Cozy rooms with plush duvets make an ideal place for a restful night's sleep. One king bed is in the matter with a queen bed in each of the two additional guest rooms. The couch also has a pull out queen bed w/ additional linens provided if you choose to use it. Kitchen has pot pans, sharp knives for cooking, spices , coffee pot, toaster, plates, and glasses. Towels are provided as well as bed linens. We are active owners who want the best for our guests but this is not a party house. We know you are on vacation and want you to have the best time but will not tolerate any rowdy behavior. Please be respectful of the neighbors and abide by a 9pm curfew for any outdoor activities. There are no social gatherings allowed at this house. We do allow pets for a one time fee of $50 per pet. If you would like to bring a pet please message me and I will add the fee onto your total. Thanks! Due to safety concerns there is no longer a fire pit on the premise. Not a party house or for loud rowdy groups! We are currently replacing old worn out furniture so there are now two separate couches in the living room as well as two new bed frames and a new dining table. The master bedroom does not have a tv anymore. We are very fair owners and hope you enjoy all amenities of the property. With that being said we do take inventory of all belongings at the property and will send a request for any missing items. The cleaning fee covers all house keeping upon your departure but if you leave the house in an atrocious state we will charge you an additional cleaning fee. We know you're on vacation and want you to have a wonderful time but this is also a vacation rental not a hotel so please treat it as such. Please reach out with any questions! If you leave after the designated checked out time of 11am with out approval from owners you will be charged $45 per additional hour and our cleaners will enter the house. Our cleaners are on a strict time schedule and it takes the full amount of time in between guests to wash all the towels and linens, 11:15am is considered late and you will be charged if you are at the house past this time. You're welcome to ask for an early check in but we do charge an additional $45 per hour and early check in is only granted when available and approved by the owner. The cost is $45 an hour because if early check in is granted additional cleaners have to be hired or the night before has to be blocked. We're happy to oblige if we can but repeat early check in is only allowed when approved in writing by the owner in the message stream. In order to not invade guest's privacy we ask guests to take out and put away the recycling and trash bins on their designated days. The schedule will be sent with your welcome message and if you stay at the house on those days you will be expected to oblige. We are charged a fine every time bins are not taken out or left on the curb which we will then charge you as the guest if that happens. We hardly have any issues with this as we mostly have awesome guests but want to make sure everyone is aware of the rules ahead of time!

We loved the location of this property and the quiet neighborhood! However my party agrees that this isn’t the best house. When we arrived the driveway was covered in snow, and we could not find a shovel to remove it. Therefore, we couldn’t park on the driveway and we tracked a ton of snow into the house at arrival.
Inside the home was dirty! Fridge was filthy and had food left inside from a previous guest. Oven filthy! Bathrooms had hair in the shower from a previous guest and toilet paper crumbs on the floor. Cobwebs found all over the house.
The gas fireplace did not work, which was a major bummer being the property owner had removed the fire pit.
We had to buy paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry soap.. which is okay if it wasn’t built out in the directions to run the laundry before checking out.
Towel rack in one the bathrooms wasn’t installed properly and would fall off the wall if bumped or grabbing a towel. Some of the appliances didn’t work or were worn/warped
We enjoyed Flagstaff but this property definitely needs some TLC.

This was a great house for our Flagstaff vacation. It was me and my husband and two toddlers and two grandparents staying in the house. It had everything we needed. Comfy and cozy. It’s a great location for all the activities we wanted to do. It was 10 mins from downtown Flagstaff and many options for food. There were grocery stores just up the street as well. 15 mins from the snow park for tubing. 30 minutes from Bearizona and 20 mins from Snowbowl for skiing. We had a lot of fun staying here.

Our second time staying here. We like the location, close enough to town but quiet. Plenty of space and the kitchen has lots of extras to make it really easy.
We didnt bring our dog, but the backyard is large and we did have him the first time.

Quiet neighbor hood, easy access to everywhere I planned to go. Big back yard!! The house plan is great and comfy. Loved the couch! For most people the beds will probably be very comfortable, it was too soft for me so I went back and forth between the couch and the bed each night. The only real negative was the porch swing that needs replacing. I love swing and was looking forward to some quiet time on it.

Everything was as advertised. The house was 99% clean, they were just a couple little spots like the kitchen counter that needed to be wiped down but I am nitpicking. The backyard was spacious and we had no problems from neighbors. The instructions were clearly laid out in a guestbook, and the house smells good and we all enjoyed our stay. I will say the toilet in one of the bathrooms leaked all night both nights and so we had to deal with a dripping sound but I'm sure they will address that before anyone else tries to stay there. But really, very little to complain about. Nice house.

The property was in a great location! We liked the style of the house (ranch) and huge backyard. However, there were cobwebs at the front door and back patio door. The back patio door did not have a screen. The homeowner needs to hire a new cleaning service. Also we did not like the Pluto TV streaming since it was constantly buffering during TV movies.

The house was super easy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and there was a binder for additional details. The kitchen had everything we could need and we were able to make several meals easily. The backyard was completely fenced in and great for our dog. The location really is close to everything but really quiet inside the house. Our host was super responsive from beginning to end. A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious and very well appointed with just enough decor to make it homey, but enough space to put our things. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Although this is a pet friendly home, there were no signs or smells of pets previously being there. The communication with the property owner was outstanding. The backyard is huge and fenced in. The neighborhood was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

They have board games and DVDs as well as access to Netflix. Owner has lots of written communication that is clear and easily accessible. We didn’t have a need for anything specific from the owner but did let the owner know we had arrived. Owner replied promptly. Furniture and beds were comfortable. No complaints and would stay there again.

We visited Flagstaff and my daughter for my birthday. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for my husband, daughter & son in law and our bernadoodle. We truly enjoyed staying there and will return next time we're in Flag. Hosts were kind and accomodating. Loved it!!!

Our blended family enjoyed their stay there. We visited flagstaff for some snowboarding and we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfy. I would recommend this house and definitely would book again. Stephanie was so helpful and accommodating.

Nice house, easy to find, parking. Nice big backyard... no neighbors behind. Couch in pic isn't in house...was a very small leather couch and love seat... uncomfortable... no where to lounge. Needs a recliner... we had 6 people. Just kinda tight to watch a movie.

The house was immaculate and had everything I needed. The yard was perfect for my two dogs to run and play. I loved the location and views were spectacular. All in all, it was perfect! I highly recommend and will definitely visit this property again.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, comfy beds, lots of room to spread out with a cozy feel. Great backyard for our dog, a convenient location and a quick response from Stephanie when checking about the dishwasher. Hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the property. We came to Flagstaff to take our 8 year old to the North Pole Experience, but also had a great time during the day hiking the different trails along Mt. Elden right there in the neighborhood! The house was perfect - everything we needed for our stay and then some! The house was clean and stocked well with essentials. Thank you for everything!

Big back yard and fully fenced. There were some weeds, but I give her a pass since Flagstaff had a lot of rain during the monsoon season. Inside was very comfortable with good seating. Beds were comfortable. I'm not used to using Netflix TV, so that was a bit of a challenge to me. Neighborhood was very quiet with no loose dog issue; we didn't encounter any dog challenges. Weather was great and we hope to return soon.
