Welcome to our waterfront condo on beautiful Isla Del Sol, one of St. Petersburg's most desirable resort-style communities. Perfect for couples and longer stays, our fourth-floor condo offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway where you can relax on the private balcony while watching dolphins, boats, and unforgettable Florida sunsets.
Ideally located between downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, you'll be just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto Park, excellent restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and I-275. Tampa International Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making travel easy.
Enjoy the private sandy beach just steps from the building, or take a short drive to some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf beaches. We provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so you can simply relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to extended stays, and the spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size Casper mattress for a restful night's sleep.
Isla Del Sol is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, and 24-hour security. You'll have a reserved parking space, high-speed private Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Roku, and we're local owners should you need assistance during your stay.
Please note: Our condo is best suited for adults and families with older children, as it has not been childproofed for infants or toddlers.
Longer stays welcome: Discounts are available for stays of 3–4 weeks from May through November. January, February, and March are rented by the month, and the displayed rates reflect those minimum stays.

Lovely condo right at the base of the bridge. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching boat traffic and lots of dolphins. Can't say enough about the host she made certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Condo is well stocked. Had a full closet of beach items to use as well. Over all a wonderful experience.

I really can't express enough how great this VRBO was. I have stayed at many, and this one really impressed me. The location was perfect- close enough to the action on Treasure Island, but far enough to be less busy and feel more relaxing. The private beach was probably my favorite part. Also, the view was beautiful, day and night. As far as the condo goes- I was so impressed with the level of care and attention that Amy put into making it a nice stay for us. Most places I stay at are almost strictly used for renting out, and it shows. Things are worn out and it's sparsely stocked. Amy's condo is obviously loved and well cared for. Everything that I could have needed was available, from trash bags to laundry detergent, to beach chairs and a cooler. Amy's communication and level of concern for an enjoyable stay for me was top-notch. I would absolutely love to stay here again. If I vacation in St. Petersburg, it will be the first place I will look.
