The room was georgeous and the staff so kind
They did everything to make us feel just great and valued they made the stay 1000 times better

The connection with the hotel was really great, the staff are mostly nice and helpful, they upgraded our room, and the one we got was large and well decorated. There were water bottles and wine in the room which was very nice. The view is great.
The photos of this place are like me, taking selfie in a very good light and from a really specific angle. Don't get me wrong, the place is not bad, but not as stunning as I thought from the pictures (and it's too bad because it can really be with little attention to details). The breakfast was just ok, in spite of the wide verity. No coffee machine on Saturday. Towels in the pool were often missing.

Good quality, good value for money. The staff was very helpful. Good variety. Fresh food was constantly being served.
The coffee machine was broken. The shakshuka wasn't fresh, unlike the rest of the food.

I liked the setting, in the Gilboa area, and the pool was nice and clean.
The breakfast was fresh fruits and vegetables, which I enjoyed
Being a kind of retreat, with vegan food, I expected the food to be colorful and inviting. Instead, the colour pallet was grey and brown. Even the beetroot Cuba was brown. I cook vegan with flavour and colour, here it was just bland with too much cumin.
Without telling us ahead of time the pool was closed at 4pm.
The bedroom was large, but very depressing, with beige walls.
It needs to be stressed on their page on Booking.com that this is not a place to come and have a nice weekend away. It is a place where people come to detox, a retreat for a few days or a week
