The location was very nice with many canals nearby.
The staff was very nice, but the service in the restaurant (we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant) was a hassle from the beginning to the end. Regarding the food, there wasn't anything wrong with it, but it wasn't special in any way.

Room on ground floor is very dark and not welcoming. Suite lack ambiance, very simple and few furniture/decor
