Great location, really lovely building, great bar, nice breakfasts.
It would’ve been nice if they had aired the room before we arrived - it was a very hot weekend so our room was very stuff when we arrived

The location near the ferry was perfect, also the walk into town was very close. The restaurant was nice with a great deck on the water.
Some of the furnishings needed updating.

Location is excellent, although loud with event noise, which is not a fault of the hotel
Our shower drain was not working and, when used, it flooded the bathroom floor. There was no concern shown by the staff and no attempt to fix it. I was even told that “we will see if it can be fixed” with no apology or attempt to acknowledge that we had a room that did not provide what was listed as a key room feature. I dont think that they even looked at the shower during the 3 days we were there.
