The central location to both the airport and town
That people left towels on their sunbeds even though we weren’t supposed to.

Fantastic complex for children and staff are excellent. My grandkids we on the go all day
I didn't like that the shower and toilet didn't have a lock ( its apparently so kids don't get locked in ) but a bolt higher up would solve that problem

The reception staff were friendly . We had issues with leaking shower which was sorted instantly.
The kids all loved the slides … what’s not to love.
Rooms seemingly modern but a few little touch ups needed.
Rooms cleaned daily m.. nice and clean
Aircon good but no air con in bedroom just a fan
Evening entertainment good for kids but wish they had a bigger space , but wasn’t a massive issue
Cleanliness !!! For a four star hotel the attention to cleaning wasn’t great .. mainly the canteen/food hall
The big wooden tables downstairs had baby cockroaches running through them..
I noticed a splash stain on the wall where the staff emptied the food into a bucket. Which is understandable but that same stain remained there all week.
Coffee machine and juice machine switched off during lunch and dinner times .. some people like coffee with their food.
Bacon VERY overcooked some days to the point of being rock solid. Speed of food replenishment terrible … would have to wait for a long time for a new batch to come out . Mainly the pancakes and it was one man doing pancakes, eggs and omelettes . Which were cooked to order.
Lack of food options for a four star.. themed nights are not needed .. who wants to eat Mexican, Italian when in Spain. ( not me personally )
Pool super cold .., kids were freezing .. but I honestly have no idea how they could keep this warmer so it’s not a big issue just don’t understand how and why it was so cold.

Perfectly fine but when someone orders cut fruit I didn’t expect fruit cocktail from a can 🤣.. I expected maybe a cut up apple, plum, orange . Maybe a little watermelon .like all the fruit that’s downstairs at breakfast
