Every thing
Staff were so nice, pool was very clean
Only thing I didn't like was the fact there was no air condition
And it was very very hot while we were there.
We had to hire fans which where so old we had to replace them twice, but it won't stop me staying there again

Good location, big apartment, friendly and helpful staff, bar at pool was good.

Staff excellent. Facilities basic but OK. Location good but you need to be fit.and mobil as alot off steps up to main strip. Free WiFi. Pool bar with food options. Pool lovely and well kept. Plenty off sunbeds.
No iron or hairdryers in the apartment. No soap or toiletries. Through no fault off the Costa Volcan, there is major road works happening right beside it, so could be very dusty and noisy at times. My husband had a foot injury and we requested a ground floor flat but they couldn't accommodate us.
