Lovely clean and spacious room, great air conditioning,luggage and very spacious bathroom, luggage storage facilities, excellent location, very nice staff.
It would have been nice to have a window in the room (looking out at the street).

Excellent location, close to everything, nightlife, beach, restaurants & laneways to explore!
We had a slight problem with the power of the shower but the female receptionist was quick to try and get maintenance out but they had finished for the day, we asked to move rooms but fully booked but kindly offered to refund us which was in our account within hours.
Only one coffee sachet but two of everything else and then the second morning all sugar ! Only one of us was drinking it so it didn’t matter to us but maybe to other guests ?

This apartment is fantastic for a few days away. Myself and my partner just did 5 nights here and couldn’t fault it. Communication via WhatsApp with the team is great, anything you needed they sorted. Location was great. Right by the harbour as well as so many lovely spanish back streets, lots of choice for food. Beach just a 5 minute walk away. Room was spacious, with a lovely bathroom and aircon was the best i have ever had! No complaints, would definitely stay here if we came back!

Location is good - close to the main promenade and getting the C6 bus to and from the airport.
Rooms are clean.
Room is far to small but was ok for one night , no toiletries in the bathroom,
Bed was uncomfortable
It was our last night in Alicante and we ended up getting bitten by mosquitos in the room - air con was average.
