Very generous tea/biscuit offerings. balcony very nice. the immedeiate vicinity isn't very nice but it's an easy walk to town centre and to nice places to spend the evening.

Dated decor ( 1980’s pine in our room ) Could do with a revamp Smallest tv screen we’ve ever seen in all our travels . Noisy road . Very hot in room, no fan …shame no breakfast option At least 20 min walk to centre of town , to cathedral etc

Really lovely housekeeping staff. The shower was excellent, place was immaculate. Easy to walk to from the city centre. Easy to find and park. Nice welcome brew,bottles of water and biscuits in the room.

Noise from other guests in their rooms and exiting, tired and outdated decor, old fashioned squeaky bed/furniture. Small bed.
