It's small and old, but it does have everything you need. I booked a single room for two nights, and I was basically outside for sightseeing or music festival, so I only needed to have a place to take showers and sleep. This room, although it's very small, it has everything I need: air conditioner, small fridge, not facing the street (being quiet), private bathroom. So I do satisfied with my stay there, and they also have the elevator to go up in the building. The house keeping was super efficient as well, I was out for a breakfast and walked around a bit for about 1.5 hours in the morning, and the cleaning was already done when I came back. Location is superb as well!
The staff working in the reception at night doesn't speak English, so I had difficulty in communiacting with him for the check-in. Luckily I got someone to help then for the translation.

Incredibly well situated. Very cutesy & had balcony onto a bustling street.
Very comfortable with plenty of room
Tends to be noisy first night they re bitumined the road so smell & noise filled the room for quite a long time however this obviously is not the normal. Able to hear bell ringing for people to be let in the door all hours of the night
