Good base in Madrid and bed was nice and comfortable.

Nice room, bathroom too small but for the price is right…

Nothing fancy, but clean and adequate! A double room did feel small with me and my partner (bathroom especially - shower is very tight and hard to avoid flooding over side of the tub) but for a few days it was fine ! Staff cleaned our room every day and the location- right in the heart of Cheuca- can’t be beat. Helpful staff, and the hostal felt very safe. Theres also an option to buy a ticket to a breakfast buffet at a nearby hotel Which was very good. Overall I am Satisfied and would stay here again next time I am in Madrid

Excellent location, only one block from Grand Via Kristina was very kind as a professional, she answered all our questions and find the tours to Segovia and Toledo also City Tours Will be back next time in Madrid

Excellent location and excellent customer service, the only drawback was a little old but I noticed that is normal in the historic area so I won't penalize them for that in my score.

We thought the room would be too small so cancelled 2nd stay but after being in the room on the first stay we realized it was comfortable and plenty big enough…

The staff was kind and held our bags on our last day while we walked Madrid. Felt safe and close to Metro. Would stay there again.

This place was nothing as advertised. This has been the most awful experience ever. I checked out as soon as I was able to secure better accommodations.

Property location top, property cleanliness top. Just a small issue with the beds: we got two twins instead of a double, and the owner wasn't able to change. Also the sink jet is not uniform

the staff is good and helpful. the access is also good but at night the outside was noisy. it's better to choose up what you need. if there was a kettle or something to make hot water, i could stay more canfortable.

The room was nice and clean, great view from the balcony. And the best part was the great location, a walking distance to the main areas and public transportation.

Staff on front desk were perfectly polite and helpful, the area was great really perfect for getting around and right by two metro stations. The hostal itself was a little disappointing, walls were so thin you could hear literally everything from your neighbours, the bed was very uncomfortable, room very not even with French window open all night and the shower was only big enough for a child! Plentiful hot water however and room was very clean, towels could be better. Hostal is meant to be quiet between 10pm and 8am however on our last day we paid extra (20€) for late check out (2pm) as we had a late flight back home but were woken at 7:45 by the next door’s room being hammered on, I assume for a wake up call but this must have woken the whole floor up! Then housekeeping proceeded to start cleaning it immediately after so bang when our lie on on our last day. Facility to leave luggage is good, but the bad outweighs the good for us unfortunately on this occasion.

Esta muy bien ubicado. Puedes llegar caminando a donde quieras. Tienes opciones de comida, café, tiendas a solo pasos. Excelente ubicación!

This hotel was very central and the bed and bedding were so comfortable. The only issue was that the walls/doors were “thin” and it was noisy with other guests. I just happened to have a family in the room next to me with quite the vocal child.
