Newly renovated hotel that was walking distance from almost everwhere we wanted to go. Even Mount Vitosha was easily accessible by tram and bus. There is a tram stop steps away from the entrance. Our flight was late at night and it was easy to book a transfer from the airport which made our arrival very easy (the driver was very helpful, informative and nice). Breakfast was great with a good coffee machine. Staff were extremely friendly too. Overall this place is an excellent value in Sofia.
Some of the lighting/electricty switches were a little oddly laid out, but no big deal.

Modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff at reception desk. Good breakfast.
In rooms with view to main boulevard you will hear trams from 5.30 am.
Rooms facing back are quiet, but the view is over the ugliest buildings I've ever seen.
Free parking is within 5 minutes distance by car!
When I checked out, first I had to go and validate parking ticket to another hotel over the boulevard, then to walk and pick-up car from the underground parking and finally to return in front of the hotel to load luggage. This complete tour takes around 15 minutes!

Easily reachable from the airport, very helpful and friendly staff, super fresh and clean, highly affordable, quiet. Good wifi and AC.
Breakfast area is boring, and the reception desk is hidden behind a pillar.

The location is very close to the most important landmarks - around 10 mons walk. Also there is a tram stop right next to the hotel door. The staff was very friendly and spoke good english.
The matress was very soft and uncomfortable - felt like it was very old and worn out. There was a mold in the bathroom, although only on the silicone filling. In general, the hotel needs renovation as it’s quite old and not very well maintained. The view from the window is on the back of a backyard which was very ugly.
