The staff are very nice, helpful and exceptionally friendly. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. The hotel room (317) was spacious, clean and in good order. The bathroom was also very large and I would say recently refurbished. Plenty of storage space for clothes and had coffee & tea making facilities. There is a short cut via some steps down to the Tzaneira beach which saves a lot of walking. Swimming pools were clean & well maintained. Breakfast was fabulous with fresh fruit and a nice selection of cereals and was eaten on the terrace around the pool or indoors if preferred. Fabulous views from the terrace though. Hot food options were also good, as was the coffee and proper orange juice! Bar staff were very good also and brought some amazing ice creams and coffee at about 10PM!
Not a big thing but for us we did find the sheets on the bed were a bit stiff, almost like they had a large proportion of recycled plastic or polyester in them. Certainly not soft cotton. But I wouldn’t let that put anyone off, it’s just an observation.

We liked it was close to the beach and that there was a bus a short walk away that was every 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight.
We stayed in 3 5* hotels on our holiday and this one was our least favourite. The shower was cold and wouldn’t run warm. There was a wedding on the Saturday night which would have been ok if we were informed of the loud music which would be running until late.

Location next too 2 beaches.
Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and was delicious
Staff were very friendly for the most part. Lady behind reception and the people working breakfast shift . Excellent employees
The room we were assigned was awful. We went straight to reception and asked for a room change.
Luckily we spoke to a lovely manager who sorted that for us.
The pics I have included are for our oringinal room to show what you might end up with , rather than the pics on the booking websites.
It wasn’t just dated and nothing like the pics on booking.com it was a blatent mis advertisement of the accommodation. The hotel is run down. It’s not 5 star by a long reach. 3 star at best.
