My stay in Campanile Nice Centre was off to a good start when upon arrival at 10 am, the receptionist managed to check us in which was extremely helpful. Usually, check in is after 4 pm, but they had our room ready. Another thing we really enjoyed about Campanile was that it's so close to everything - the location is great - close to Garibaldi square where you can choose from different means of transportation to further explore the city. The train station Nice Riquier is also really close by bus which facilitated our day trips in the French riviera. The AC in the room was really powerful and during the heatwave was vital!
The only thing I didn't enjoy was that there was no mini fridge in our room - when being in Nice during the summer and especially this heatwave, having somewhere to store a few snacks and bottles of water would be of great use. The rooms were also a bit small, but it was fine.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. It was easy to get to old Nice and the beach
We felt the hotel was expensive for what we got. The room was incredibly small and had no wardrobe, except for give hangers. The breakfast was very basic too.
