Beautifully decorated, clean, the host was friendly, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. The property is perfectly located to the old part of Nice, close to restaurants etc, easy to navigate. There is a supermarket just down the road

In prime location to visit Nice and other nearby towns. It’s lively but still safe. Loved the breakfast we had in the morning, and the staff was super friendly. Also loved the walkable street nearby with great restaurants and cafes.
You will bet the basic necessities you need for a short term stay, we had everything we needed without crazy amenities.

Perfect location. Impeccably clean room, and very practically set up. Helpful staff. Was told in advance how the hotel operates , all easy and practical.
