I had chosen the hotel as it was coveniently located on my way back home to The Netherlands coming from Austria. I only needed an overnight stay. Euro Park hotel Hennef is close to highway nr. 3. I did not use any facilities in the hotel. Across the street you have Aldi and a bakery (good to get something for dinner and breakfast). The hotel looks neat but could use an upgrade (my room was very outdated, but clean and all needed was there).

Parking free and directly in front of the door - a big plus!
Window could be opened - fresh air!
Reception desk manned at reasonable hours.
Room a good size, light and clean.
Breakfast was adequate but I'm not sure everything was fresh. (It was a holiday weekend and there were very few guests, so I suspect that many items in the breakfast buffet were put out a couple of days in a row.)
The bathroom was fairly dilapidated and the soap was in bottles - that's not a problem, but they were just laying on their side, next to the washbasin, with a hole in the top so you had to pick them up and squeeze the soap out. Many tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet!
Many corners were knocked off the furniture and fittings which made the place look old and run-down.
