Emplacement central, beau buffet de petit déjeuner
L accueil au check-in, nous sommes arrivés à 13:15 et nous avons demandé à juste à laisser nos bagages dans nos chambres ce qui nous a était refusé. Un de nous est donc resté pour attendre 14:00, les autres étant partis.
À 13:30 la personne a finalement acceptée de lui donner les clés, et l’a regardée porter les très lourds bagages sans même lui proposer de l aide.
Manque de service lamentable pour soit disant un hôtel 4 étoiles

The people at the front desk were friendly, helpful and professional! The room was comfortable.
The aircon was not great, and therefore, it was a bit hot....
