Perfect location if you're passing through Linz, especially when traveling with a pet. My wife, our cat, and I loved the place. The parking spot was right at the entrance, so there was no need for a long walk. We even managed to park in the shade, directly under the building, which was a big plus during the hot month of July. The room had almost everything we needed, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We visited Linz city center and the PlusCity shopping mall easily by taking the tram, which stops just across the street.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room—just a standard fan was provided. Overall, it's good value for the money.

I liked the location, the room, and the cleaning. The breakfast was really delicious.
I would improve the communication: I had to ask for the invoice two times. There is only one QR code for information about breakfast. You can have breakfast at the cafe/ bakery on the ground floor, but that is a separate company. They do not know about the breakfast was included in the price. On the second morning the staff asked for the invoice, and I was lucky, because i already got it, so i could present it. It is also recommended to book a table for breakfast, which is also not communicated, and can cause unpleasant surprise, if you do not have too much time in the morning.
All of the other services, and the meal was perfect.

We stay at this hotel 2 times in a uear at least, we always like it.
We didn't like this time, that the room was very warm, and the airco didn't work. That caused bad sleep for both of us. That wasn't even a hot day.
