Friendly staff. Free street parking at night. Quiet enough room. Dog friendly.
Weird plumbing noise at night briefly. We couldn't turn the heating off so got pretty warm. We were too exhausted to ask for help so not entirely Ibis' fault.

Very modern and practically designed, both the building and the room. Staff very friendly. Extra supplies are provided at each floor in case you run out of them in your room. First time I see this trust in guests, much appreciated. Small charge for parking, 10 euros, compensated by the well priced room. Easy to reach from highway. Easy walk to zoo and city centre. Facilities just opposite the building, restaurant, shop. Quiet area.
I would probably only charge for the underground parking.
