We stayed at the hotel as a family of three (two adults and a five-year-old child).
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. When an issue occurred during check-in, the reception team handled it quickly and efficiently.
The hotel has excellent facilities for children, with various play areas, climbing structures, interactive games, tablets and computers. There are also activities for the whole family, which makes the stay enjoyable for families with children.
The breakfast and dinner were very good, with tasty food and a good selection. The hotel also offers bicycle rental at a very reasonable price (1,000 HUF per hour), including helmets. The bicycles were in excellent condition and the rental process was quick and easy.
Overall, we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff.
The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. The water in the main pool was extremely cold. Our five-year-old child, who can swim well, could only stay in the pool for about five minutes before saying that the water was too cold. The children’s pool is also very small. As a result, most guests gather in the small jacuzzi, which becomes overcrowded. We believe the hotel should reconsider the water temperature to make the pool comfortable for swimming and relaxation.
The condition of our room also needs improvement. The bathtub was quite worn, the showerhead was inconveniently positioned, making it particularly difficult to bathe a child, and the cleaning was not thorough enough. There was visible dirt in the bathroom and in the corners of the floor. There was also an old beehive on the balcony, which negatively affected the appearance of the room.
Finally, the coffee served at breakfast and dinner was very disappointing. Interestingly, the coffee provided in the room was much better.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marina Port. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated their hospitality throughout our stay.
One aspect of the check-in process made us uncomfortable: our passports were photographed using a mobile phone. This raised concerns about how our personal information would be stored and protected. We would have appreciated a clear explanation of why the photos were needed and how they would be handled.

Has all the features we need as a family, staff and food is excellent. The park, playgrounds, childcare, the beach all very nice, spa is also OK. Rooms are again okay with nice terraces looking at the lake
Some parts of the rooms are worn and some extra cleaning might be essential, also in stairways, elevators, hallways etc. some broken facilities in the spa, but has everything one can have.
