Buone sia la comodità, il silenzio del posto, la posizione per accedere a tutta la valle d'Itria, la cucina.
Anche se so che è una struttura alberghiera e anche di ricevimenti mi aspettavo un pò di animazione da tenersi in piscina.

The breakfast is quite good, and the grounds are large, beautiful, and well-maintained by gardeners. There is a dedicated kids' area, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The location is very convenient, just a 6-minute drive to Alberobello
The hotel looks modern from the outside, the interior is very outdated and feels more like an old sanatorium. It looks completely different from the pictures online.
The pool area is also quite misleading. While the pool itself isn't terrible, it is much smaller than it appears in the photos on Booking.com. To make matters worse, when we went down at 9:00 AM—when the pool was already supposed to be clean and open for guests—the staff was still cleaning it with a water vacuum. Being around active cleaning equipment in the water felt uncomfortable and unsafe, even though some guests still went in.
Furthermore the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The overall service lacked hospitality, and the bartenders unfortunately didn't even know how to make basic cocktails.
