The staff was very friendly the whole time and helped me solve every setback.
At the restaurant, the experience wasn't so encouraging. They messed up my order once and I couldn't eat it. I decided to eat a tuna panini so I could go out and enjoy the city, and it made me feel really bad. I was sick all my life in bed. My suggestion is to check the quality of the food before offering it for consumption. I've had a very painful and serious bacteria in my stomach for 6 days after eating that tuna panini.

The room is spotless!
Super nice service by the hosts. I was always treated with a smile and a sweet manner. Many other hotels should learn from their professionalism.
From the advertisement it clearly looked as if the sports complex was integrated into the hotel. However, the complex is open to public and all activities (gym, pool, tennis, spa implies extra cost when paying the basic room cost. It would be awesome if it was all included and there was an open area free of cost where people can hang out and meet (that is not the restaurant or the lobby).
The location is quite far if doing tourism. It is so far south the main attractions, taking more than 1h to get there by public bus and/or metro. Unfortunately the only bus that takes you there was often 15 min late.
