The room where we stayed for 2 people was clean, had plenty of room, had everything we needed. The air conditioner was great as it was hot outside. We had only thin sheets, so we asked warmer blankets which was better. Breakfast was good, had a lot of choices and good coffee.
Our room door occasionally did not close properly, had to use the room card to close the door. Before we left, we talked about it on the front desk, hopefully it gets checked.

The room was comfortable.
You could have had another chair to sit on, as the space where the chair was positioned- not enough room next to the other bed to sit comfortably. The plugs didn't work properly to charge our devices and you need more plug outlets in the room. I had to ask for a kettle, as I don't drink Coffee - a kettle should. be supplied in the room with other options other than coffee only.
The breakfast selection didn't have many FRESH fruits like: Oranges/Bananas/Apples/Grapes only Tin fruit selection.
Also on our arrival, there were about 5/6 staff at the front reception, 3 were just there 'doing nothing' whilst only 2 were dealing with guests booking in - 'were they in training? also do you need as a hotel that accommodates not only Italian guests' to have English-speaking staff to accommodate those who speaking English, to make the stay more comfortable and less frustrated when all you get in response 'I don't understand - or I don't speak English.'

Room was clean but very small particularly when you have an extra bed for a child. Male staff at reception and at the outside bar were particularly friendly and helpful. Sorry I’m not sure of names.
Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of fruit but I didn’t try the hot options. Shopping mall next door was an added bonus.
The pool was really busy and you had to wear swimming caps. Both of these points meant the pool was unattractive to my family of 5 which was a shame as it was one of the main reasons I booked it.
