Staff are very professional and client oriented. I arrived well before check in time of 14.00 because I had a very early flight. Yet, instead of telling me that no rooms would be available before 14.00 (like many hotels do), they cleaned a room for me.
The room was very clean and room service is excellent.
Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of food available for people with intolerance.
The hotel also has a restaurant within its premises, which is highly recommended.
WiFi was not great.
The location is tricky. While the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the metro and with a bus stop right in front of its entrance, it is not within walking distance from the main attractions. So if in the evening you fancy going for a walk in the centre of Rome, you would need to take a metro or bus to go there. With public transport it may take around 30 minutes to reach the main attractions.

The hotel was clean.
It was close to the bus station and also metro station.
Very good breakfast.
The hotel was far from the city center.
Not as fancy as a 4 star hotel!

Staff were helpful and accomodating and ensured a welcome atmosphere.
Access to gym and jacuzzi was not included as part of room rate. Did not know this in advance.

The location is good, just a few meters from merconi metro station.
The walls are too thin, you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours, literally everything! Breakfast is very basic, the coffee really disappointed me, I didn’t expect to drink instant Jacob’s in Italy. If you want to go on the roof top you must reserve the jacuzzi, otherwise you are not allowed even to have a look at the city view. The neighborhood is nice in general but after 10 pm there are prostitutes just across the street from the hotel.
