Staff were so welcoming and helpful. They helped us to find the subway station and gave us insider tips on how to pay. They offered to keep our heavy rucksacks on a very rainy day so that we could complete our list of sightseeing. The location is perfect with beautiful restaurants on same street.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast area as was very small and no tables big enough for 3 of us. Breakfast was basic but given cost of the accommodation that is expected.

A character-filled hotel with a comfortable room in an great location. We could easily walk to all the main historical attractions in Brescia, and the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants were excellent. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good.
Not much, though I'm not a fan of plastic cups in rooms.

Comfy bed, clean room and perfect location
No parking at the hotel as per booking.com filters ("free parking" description is not correct).
Room was overheated in winter and no option to set the temperature ourselves, we had to open the window in December...
No hot water in the shower, very mild temperature.
Low quality breakfast.
