We liked to location (close to the city center), the jacuzzi in our room and the Spa. The reception staff was welcoming.
Our room was not soundproof at all! We could here every conversation from the corridor, every door bang and the cleaning ladies shouting every morning. Walking through the corridors, we could also here conversations of guests within their rooms. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, specially when "soundproof" is mentioned within the rooms' details.
The breakfast was also very disappointing: a very basic continental breakfast, with very few options, tasteless coffee (unbelievable in the country of Espresso and Cappuccino) and concentrate-based juices. There were no signs mentioning omelettes, pancakes/waffles, crepes. No vegan options. We've had better breakfasts in 3-star hotels.
