Residence Filanda is located in such a beautiful place. Mountains are all around.
Every time we looked around and it was wow!
Great place for kids, water park made such a difference for our 2 years old, she loved it.
What also was an amazing touch was play are for kids with toys.
Pool was also great for kids and adults
Its not that we didn't like but more our preference to have oven and washing machine in the room instead of dishwasher. If you coming with children it would be nice to wash clothes.. not sure if there is laundry service on site, we didn't ask as we were there just 4 nights.

The apartment is very clean, the pool and the small water park are great for kids. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The kids loved it.
Some of the appliances were not great. We had some problems with the tv and the stove. Extra towels were not free of charge.

The outdoor areas are fantastic for families – our kids loved the pool with slides, the playground, ping pong table, and indoor playroom. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
However, the room itself was very outdated, likely from the 1990s. While it looked clean, my son—who is allergic to dogs—had symptoms in one of the beds, and we often heard dogs barking in the evenings. We were also surprised to be charged extra for linen and towels, and there was no room cleaning during the stay. The check-out time was very early (9:30 AM), especially considering check-in doesn’t start until 2:00 PM, and no late check-out option was available.
