Rooms comfy. good breakfast. Reception staff very helpful
Top bar staff very unorganized and easily confused
Pool was not clean. Water was cloudy had black clumps floating around in it. (I assume was mould)
Filter wasn’t on and appeared to be broken

The location was great and the majority of the staff were very welcoming (particularly the receptionists) however I did have a couple of less positive experiences with the staff by the pool.
The bar was a lovely atmosphere and overall we did enjoy our stay.
The staff around the pool could have been friendlier, it seemed some rules applied to some people with the sunbeds and different rules for others. Ie, I could not reserve a bed for one minute, however some people were able to reserve their beds and go and eat lunch in the restaurant.
The pool area was smaller than expected as from the pictures online I could not tell that most of the rooftop area was actually for vips only. This made it quite cramped when there vip area was often empty.
The room was clean, however very small for the price we paid.
