The tone was set by helpful and professional staff when I checked in. The decor and ambiance of the hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect - on the edge of the old town but also 2 mins walk from the metro.
I honestly can't come up with anything.

This was our second stay at Atarazanas. Last time was Oct 2024. We arrived early and our triple room was not ready. Amazingly, a reception agent recognized me. Without asking, they offered us a two bedroom suite instead. What a treat! Quiet, spacious, comfortable. Will definitely return. The location of the hotel is just on the edge of the Historic district. Everything is within walking distance yet you are not in the middle of it all. Great public transport nearby too as well as a famous market across the street with great dining options. Hotel breakfast was very good, 'tho the bkfst room staff seemed a bit distracted and not attentive to customer needs.
Nothing much to report other than the comment about the bkfst room staff. But, not anything to keep us from returning, which we will surely do.

Location in city center
1) I checked in on June 25th around 4:30pm, the next morning I received my bank’s alert regarding 4 attempts to charge of Samsung purchase over $2,400
2) I stayed at the room 209. The configuration of the room is so weird especially the bathroom a) no warm/hotwater for shower, b) After taking shower, it is very hard to get out because the distance from the door and the wall is so close and I’m petit size
