Quiet - no hassle
Small room and cramped no where to unpack clothes so case had to sit on floor of which there was little space - sink in bathroom badly cracked and bath/shower area difficult to get in and out of due to slope and high step into bath to use shower - may as well do away with bath as not fit for purpose and dangerous when getting in and out
