Eccellente, quasi da 10!

Questa struttura è davvero perfetta!! La posizione è da 10. Siete vicinissimi a puerto del Carmen 5 minuti in spiaggia! Balconcino dove la vista è da mozzafiato, dove potersi rilassare! Non ho dato il 10 semplicemente perché la struttura presenta delle imperfezioni, la cucina non era super attrezzata, ma le poche cose che ci sono sono di ottima qualità. Il mio appartamento era un po’ piccolo ma era in ogni caso perfetto. Vista piscina e città, bagno spazioso il giusto e pulizia ogni giorno della camera con cambio asciugamani.

Più utensili in cucina, forse una pulizia più profonda delle camere ma per il resto niente da dire! Perfetto 👌🏼 consiglio e ci soggiornerei nuovamente

The staff are all very good, but the complex is tired even though it has been redecorated it needs major renovations the

Location, very central. The staff are very pleasant and helpful making you feel very welcome. I have to especially mention the staff at the complex cafe who are all really so friendly and made us as a family feel very special. They were always very helpful and pleasant, special thanks to them.

The air conditioning was permanently on, we had the remote and had batteries replaced still would not shut off. This must cost of running this must be high for the complex, it also leaves the apartments uncomfortably cold. There is also a serious problem with ants and cockroaches which spoils the outdoor areas, the gardens are beautifully kept so it’s sad that it’s uncomfortable to sit due to the army of ants.

Room 307, Balcony table & chairs old/scruffy. Cockroaches in apartment. Not enough sunbeds & umbrellas/shade. Poolside

The location was excellent, very clean and tidy. Great value for money and the staff made our stay so relaxing, nothing was too much trouble.

Location is fantastic. Sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool bar had good menu

Beds were very hard and I think cleaning supplies should be given for kitchen area. Found bedroom a lil dusty

Lovely place and would stay again

Friendly housekeeping and ladies at reception. Clean apartment and close to beach.

Nothing aside from so many steps but its a good workout!

It was lovely, plenty of sun beds and loved meeting other tourists,

Requested a ground floor apartment as my husband has a walking disability but didn't get it, this was our 8th visit to this complex and the first time we didn't get as we requested, but nonetheless we will be back

the staff are very friendly

we stayed here a good few times over the course of 10-12 years,& the prices for staying here is very high this year there’s a huge jump in prices & most of the apartments haven’t had much of a makeover to justify the cost,but other than that we enjoyed our vacation.

Location,,well kept complex and safe...

No shower mat or shower usage instructions in bathroom..No facilities to shower or change before our flight as we had checked out earlier,, Deposits taken for most room facilities such as air con,safe,,pool towels etc...

The services from the staff they cleaned the rooms every day.. The beds were very comfortable & were bigger than the average single beds you normally get whilst staying in any accommodation The staff were friendly & welcoming.

We don't go anywhere else!

Fantastic central location and with stunning views. Staff are very friendly and kind and were great with booking taxis for us when needed. We are regulars - because it is a lovely place to stay.

It would be nice if the bar late afternoon could be reinstated - it was a lovely place unwind at the end of a non hectic day... Thanks

Location excellent, great access to strip, harbour, shopping centre behind the complex. Staff were courteous and helpful. Pools were good and enjoyed the poolside bar. Nice TVs in the apartment. We requested ground floor apartments to accommodate elderly members of the family and they were able to grant that.

Many facilities require an extra charge or holding deposit, e.g key for safe, remote control for aircon. Our apartments were situated above the bins so smell was not always nice

A full size mirror is badly needed

Extremely disappointing

I arrived at the resort to be informed that my apartment would not be available and they were moving me to a new location. I explained that my parents were staying in a neighboring hotel and I could not move to a apartment complex further away, as my father was unwell and I needed to be close. They continued to check in other people and so did have other apartments available and considering my circumstances they would move me to another apartment in the same complex, but they did not. I ended up having to move to an apartment block at the other end of the resort (3km away) which was too far to travel to be close to my parents. I went back to the reception the next day where they told me the manager would speak with me, I waited all morning and was told that they would be in contact when he came in, they did not contact me until the end of the day, saying the manager was unavailable and there was nothing they could do. I ended up stuck in an apartment block 3km from where I had booked, so I had to make alternative arrangements myself to be close to my invalid father. I heard no further contact from the manager or any other member of staff, and was charged the full amount even though I had to make other arrangements and was not given the apartment I had booked. I have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions in the past and always enjoyed it, the facilities are good and it is in a great location, but the way I was treated and the lack of compassion for my situation was disgraceful.

Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Large private balcony overlooking pool and sea. Well located for old and new town. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

Some road traffic noise meant had to keep window closed at night. Shower badly designed and water overflowed onto bathroom floor.

Great location, has everything needed for a lovely stay!

Really great location, across from the shopping centre and only a few mins from Playa Chica and the marina. Also is only a street across from the start of the traditional PDC strip with all the bars, restaurants and shops. The 1 bed apartment living area was small and basic but had everything you needed with a small kitchen area, also had a very roomy bathroom and bedroom. Upon check in, we had the best welcome from a lovely, very helpful man at reception. I asked for a lower floor if possible and my request was granted thankfully so no stairs for my elderly parents.

There’s only air con in the living area so the bedroom tended to get hot. Was fine and able to cope but just something to be mindful of.

Eldorado is very central but quiet - there is a family pool and a quieter adult pool. Eldorado had a face lift/paint during lockdown and looks so much better and brighter now its white. The gardens are lovely and well maintained and the scenery is wow. The staff are friendly and helpful. We don't go anywhere else.
