Exceptional

The location is unbelievable, basically on the beach, a short walk to the main strip and the old town, yet very quiet. We went to the beach everyday then back for lunch to the apartment, the beach is excellent and brilliant for snorkeling. The beds were so comfortable, great big smart TV in the sitting room and tvs in both rooms. The kitchen has everything you need we cooked in a few evenings,has a washing machine too which was very handy. Great spacious front patio area looking onto the beach. Couldn't recommend it enough, towels and new sheets during our stay and a lady came and changed the beds and cleaned the floors.

Amazing location Nice modern villa Had everything we needed

Single beds were very uncomfortable Would have liked a second key to keep in lock box incase we locked ourselves out

Had a really good holiday in Villa Sontrobat but the noisy area would stop me from rebooking

Beautiful view Main bed was comfortable Equipped to standard of a corporate rental

Single beds really uncomfortable Sunbeds need replacing No hand wash or cleaning products The area is very noisy both day/night time

only one tea towel and no washing up liquid or cloths for wiping down counter top

ideal villa , in a superb location

location was just about perfect, the snorkelling was superb , well appointed villa , good range of kitchen equipment etc

The only one thing was the quality of the mattresses, mainly the two single beds , but that could easily be corrected

Beautiful villa in an excellent location.

The view is amazing. Listening to the sounds of the sea while relaxing on the terrace is blissful. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is very close to shops, bars and excellent restaurants.

Exceptional

Unique location right by the beach and the sea with the most diverse underwater life - highly recommended to bring an undewater camera. Get ready if you don't prefer sharing a blanket.

Nothing to complain about. The stay exceeded my expectations.

Amazing location. Right on the beach

The location really was exceptional. The pictures of the beach don't do it justice. I've stayed in Lanzarote a number of times and this was the best location (and that's including the Fariones Hotel where I styed 3 times).

The hot water boiler was far too small even for just 2 people. But it was replaced when we were there!

Poor

Good location for diving.

Could not use kitchen due to mouldy items left by previous guests.the bathroom had ceiling paint falling in areas.building works ongoing next door for our entire stay,noisy and dust everywhere.
