Vincent in reception was lovely and calm, breakfast buffet was all right with a good selection.
The hotel is far from the airport and city center, you need to change multiple metros to get to it. I've specifically booked because they have a pool and they emailed a few days before saying the pool would open the day we arrive, the pool was closed for all of our stay. Vincent was nice enough to offer us breakfast (finishes at 9:30 which is extremely early while on holiday). No other compensation and booking.com was shockingly bad in helping us find another hotel with a pool.
Very noisy rooms, didn't sleep for 4 nights, there's a school just outside and they play music at 7:30 am.
Not extremely clean, we put some towels on the floor as dirty and they re rack them for us to use again. All in all not impressed.
