The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
The balneario was superb, very invigorating and relaxing.
Nice, clean, comfortable room.
Fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, homemade cakes, cheese and ham and lots of cooked options too.
The lunch and the dinner were both disappointing.
Food was not the best quality.

Fantastic location. Room was spacious and fairly quiet, beds were large and comfortable. Aircon was fine too. Thermal facilities on site were good.
Spa pool areas require a little maintenance - cracked glass panes require replacement, watermarks and other staining to various surfaces need to be properly cleaned off, and generally better attention to detail in repairs to tiling and other finishes - same for the bathroom in our room which required various repairs to the walls and replacement of showerheads. It was this lack of attention to detail which brought down our perception of the hotel, which is ashame as otherwise, it was a really great stay.
