Nos gustó todo … limpieza, comodidad, la cama … el hotel en sí es de 10
El trato del personal, seco y poco agradable. Al día siguiente el desayuno era hasta las 10:30 y salimos a esa hora . Sabemos que no era ya la hora .. pero nos cerraron la puerta de la cafetería en los morros ni para tomar un café . No había nadie.. estaban solos . Creo que ofrecer un café hubiera sido lo correcto. Eso si .. enfrente del hotel hay un bar .. que son encantadores y desayunamos de Lugo . Así que perfecto.

Hostal bueno y con muy buena ubicación para visitar Segovia, habitaciones amplias, y cómodas, desayuno por 6.5€ por persona bien
Personal muy serio de cara al público, podrían ser un poco más atentos y simpáticos

Las almohadas. Para mi gusto demasiadas blandas y bajas.

Cleaning, confort
Lady in the morning calling for breakfast and running behind us to pay it! So inform guests that you have breakfast but it’s not included! Don’t make it like a way to make extra money and pretend that people walk off your place without pay for it! Shame on you!
