A lovely place to visit with lots of historic sites.

The location was perfect for getting to see the main attractions on foot.

The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening & the bar also closed at 16.00 The furniture in the bedroom was very tired & marked. The bathroom needs painting & cracks in floor need attention.

Great location and deceptively pleasant inside, despite average looks from outside.

Were given a suite on floor 5. Very nice rooms and modern bathroom. Also secure, under building parking.

Perfect stopover.

Lovely staff. Good size room. Great private parking. Gorgeous views of endless birds of prey even a deer from our room. Lovely restaurant on site.

Very good

Location for sightseeing all within walking distance. Room was ok but the room allocated was overlooked by offices so voile type curtains would improve light in the room during the day whilst maintaining privacy.Hotel underground car park is a bonus.

Ideal location for visiting historic Segovia but not deserving a 4 star rating for the time we were there, we

spacious room excellent location brilliant hotel parking.

Enjoyable, but didn't feel like 4 stars

Parking is easy and, for a change in Spain, when actually parking, it only required a 3 point turn to get around the pillars / corners. Access directly to the hotel from the car-park which was useful. This hotel is convenient for all the main tourist sights of Segovia.

The two restaurants in the hotel were both closed for the night (Tuesday) at 6pm. Also, most of the local tapas bars were closed at 6pm so we didn't have dinner. The check-in took nearly 30 minutes but mainly because there were 4 or 5 groups in front of us (at 4pm) and only one person at the desk. Unfortunately, the people in the next hotel room to ours were talking loudly until after midnight and it felt like the walls were very thin - could have been worse I suppose!!

Amazing location, lovely stay

Location was so central - 5 mins walk to Aquaduct. Rooms large and great value for money. Reception kindly let us check in bit early after a long hot motorcycle ride, it was greatly appreciated. Parking for bikes in secure parking with direct lift access to hotel - 14 euros (both bikes in one spot).

Location is excellent and rooms were comfortable

We were a group of friends and front desk stuff assumes you are going to be noisy and disruptive, they treated us in a slightly unfriendly way.

Superb

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the fabulous city of Segovia. Our room was of a good size on the first floor, with good access via two elevators. A very good nights sleep was had both nights due to the comfortable bed and the room being away from the main street. A very good breakfast and plenty of choice. All in all two excellent nights in Segovia.

We thought the parking charge at 14 euro per night a bit expensive.

great room but car park is a challenge

location - 2 minute walk and you are staring at the aqueduct with all its restaurants and shops. Very quiet - clever double door system to block out corridor noise

car park - having to pay extra to then be trapped in because of the tight confines. impossible to get anything but a small car in or out easily.

Superb

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The TV was able to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime which was great for being able to watch shows in English. The hotel is an easy walk from the bus station and close to the major attractions in town.

Location and secure parking was great. Easy to find. Staff very helpful. The rooms were a bit tired but very acceptable.

We only had breakfast . The coffee was undrinkable and didn't bother with the hot food. So had some of the pasteries and fresh fruit.

Location and parking excellent

All details of a 4 star hotel are missing. No water bottles in the room, no tissues, no place in the bathroom to place your toiletries. No possibility to make a cup of thee or coffee. No pen or paper. It misses attention and making a customer feel welcome in the room

Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room but bar and restaurant closed.

Pleasant, helpful staff

It was a Friday night but the bar and restaurant were closed. On a busy road, further from the historic centre and main square than we wanted to walk on a wet, cold night. I thought €87 for just a bed for the night was too much.

One night stopover

Location was excellent and parking on site in secure underground car park. Great value for a stopover on the way back to the ferry at Santander. The city of Segovia is a real gem. Spectacular Roman aqueduct and cathedral together with winding narrow streets make this a place you must visit.

Great Location

This was the perfect hotel if you wish to walk into the old city of Segovia about 5 minutes walk away. Hotel was clean .Staff helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had everything from hot food , fresh fruit and various breads .
