Location. Nice bathroom. Bed was OK. Barely enough room for a laptop on the desk, and no outlet near it.
The person on the phone was absolutely no help. They sent a questionnaire to WhatsApp which I don’t use. I tried to fill out the pre-check questionnaire, but it kept kicking me out. I arrived at the front door, and over 2 phone calls this guy was still no help. Luckily a worker entered the building and was happy to assist me in the check in procedure. All of which could have been done over email, which I asked the guy on the phone do, but he refused. I gave Booking.com my email address, and they’ve always ONLY contacted me that way. Who authorized this guy on the phone to use WhatsApp? Again, after 3 phone calls and two emails, and that guy didnt lift a finger to solve the problem.
If it weren’t for him, your place would get a 9 out of 10.
